My name is Adi Har Zvi, I was born in Israel in May of 1980. I have always been very drawn to music, its appeal struck me at age 9 when I began learning drums. The music captivated me, I felt my soul reaching new heights, which I had not found in the material world, a flame burned inside me. 

Around age 13 or 14, I discovered the bass guitar and fell in love. I decided that it's the instrument through which I want to express myself, and I became devoted to it...later I also discovered the double bass.  Most of my musical knowledge was attained through listening to albums and private lessons throughout my youth, especially jazz and classical genres. I served in the IDF Orchestra, while also playing with The Young Israel Philharmonic. Before serving in the IDF Orchestra, I had started playing with various jazz, rock, and pop ensembles for work, as well as numerous large scale productions. Following my service, I became integrated in the Israeli music industry, I began playing in many stage, television, and theater productions. I have since collaborated with many leading artists, as a bassist, arranger and occasionally as a producer and writer as well.
